REQUIREMENTS

Background and Perspective

We are looking for candidates with reasonable level of experience in the hospitality industry, who assisted before with the implementation of both analogic and digital tools on property, liaised with Engineering and with external IT Suppliers. Yet, if you have in your past an operational background at a certain stage, which involved customer interaction, that’s a plus. Most probably you’ll be dealing with guests who are familiar with your IT skills and with whom you’ll also be able to share, learn and explore further. The IT Manager will also be one of the first hotel key positions onboarding. Expect to be involved in the hotel culture foundation, with a role in welcoming your future colleagues and in team alignment.
