Ideal Profile
The Experience Designer is responsible for integrating external partnerships with the property, to keep an innovative hospitality service and the experiences relevant to its customers. Crafting of exceptional and tailor-made experiences is the main priority, along with optimizing operations and revenue. Together with colleagues across the organization, facilitate the delivery of a variety of environments and activities that support the mindset of the customer, providing delight through choice and the ability to explore new experiences.
Background and Perspective
We are looking for candidates with a consistent level of experience in the luxury hospitality industry (not limited to), who are able to build meaninful relationships with colleagues, local people (artists, craftsmen, journalists, university people and any other interesting partners), commerce and services on the property surroundings, allowing for an open dialogue with hotel life, re-energizing and innovating its brand and environment, enabling the hotel to become the experience center, where tastemaking happens. While creator and curator of tailor made experiences, the Experience Designer will be responsible for its planning, operationalization, coordination, supervision and continuous innovation.
